I saw a programme that said it was scientifically proven that they are very nice together.
It also said that coffee and caviar were disgusting together!

I was very ill once, but had to finish a major project for a client. I couldn't eat for nearly a week I felt so ill.
But I DID have coffee with lots of sugar and that kept me going.

Coca Cola is a drink that isn't really good for you. Actually, if you drink too much of it in one day, you'll get a fever with a bad temperature in a matter of hours (Ganesh, did you experience anything like this? ).

People are allowed to be a *little* disagreeable - that is part of free speech.

Well, I'm no expert, but I *think* the verb goes where I put it unless you're using modal verbs or perfect tense or conjunctions or other reasons which I cannot explain.
How do you think it goes? Go on, type a sentence ...

Only in subordinate clauses (otherwise it’s pretty much the same as in English). Examples:
Der Apfel ist schlecht.
The apple is bad.
Er sagt, dass der Apfel schlecht ist.
He says that the apple is bad.
Ich esse die Banane, weil der Apfel schlecht ist.
I eat the banana because the apple is bad.
