I'm designing a spring loaded volleyball launcher for spike practice and have run into an energy derivation integral I can't solve: sec^3[X] sin[X] dX or alternately the integral of sec^2[X] tan[X] dX.
I managed to solve the other integral terms of sec^2[X] sin[X] dX via parts but am getting no where with the above integral. I'm old, rusty and need help!

Thank you polylog, I was hoping someone would show me a simple solution to something I found difficult. Your the Man (or Woman)!
