Find Number of Ways

How many different passcodes can be formed from the letters {A, B, C, D} if each letter can only be used once?

Let me see.

There are 4 letters. Each letter can only be used once.
I think this is a factorial question.

Here is my guess:

4! = 4 x 3 x 2 x 1 = 24

Answer = 24 ways

You say?
