Why (sin thitha )2 is not equal to sin thitha2
But why we write sin^2 thitha

Parentheses mean different things in math in different situations.

Sometimes parentheses are used for grouping like this (a-b) this is not the same as sin(x). Here the parentheses are being used as the argument to the sin function.
