Patrick, The answer to 380 isn't b! In a paralleolgram and a rectangle having equal area, the perimter of the parallelogram would always be greater, provided the parallelogram is not a rectangle, in which case, it would be equal. Hence, the answer would be (a).

then? :] You mentioned yourself that the parallelogram could in fact be a rectangle.. so, given that the parallelogram is a rectangle, the answer is (b), but if it isn't (a) is the answer. Hence the answer is (e) ≤1
