Partnership

P # 1
Out of the three partners in a business, the capital of A is twice that of B and the capital of B is twice that of C. If at the end of the year, the profit is $10,500, find out the share of each.

Re: Partnership

ehm, i dont know exactly what you mean by capital, but supposing its the same as profit?

10500 / 7 = 1500

C gets 1500
B gets 3000
A gets 6000

Re: Partnership

luca-deltodesco,
Capital is in the investment made at the start of business. Usually, the profit is shared in accordance with the capital, as in this question.

Your answer is correct!
