Happy anniversary and congrats!

I think there is a far more important question. Do you like transparent soap?

Transparent carrot won't be that healty as it does not contain beta-carotene.

Supposing the Beta-Carotene were transparent?

Re: Happy two years of mathaholic!

It would be different from when it was coloured. If the beta-carotene was transparent it's whole chemical structure would be different

Re: Happy two years of mathaholic!

You are assuming that the carrot is really invisible. Just because it is invisible to us does not imply any physical or chemical changes.

I only know that it is essential for the eyes and for the immune system and for stomach health. It is fat soluble and can be stored. The holistic community and the medical community differ in what the MDR should be.
