In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.
If it ain't broke, fix it until it is.

Re: Lockhart's Lament

I will read if you tell me to.

Re: Lockhart's Lament

No, I did not. I am a little tired of the knocking of the school systems. I am unlucky enough to see the students that go to these schools and let me tell you, it ain't the school systems fault.

Re: Lockhart's Lament

It is important to hear the opponent's viewpoint before judging them

Whose fault is it?

Re: Lockhart's Lament

I have heard both sides. It is mostly the students fault.

Re: Lockhart's Lament

For not wanting to do anything! In my day, I was the only loser on earth now there are billions of them.

See you later and check earlier posts in this thread I did read it obviously.

Re: Lockhart's Lament

The document does not blame the school system. It just says it is idiotic.

Re: Lockhart's Lament

What is wrong with his argument about the school system?

Re: Lockhart's Lament

Plenty, it encourages students to blame everything on them.

Re: Lockhart's Lament

It does. I can see an example in the mirror.

It is not the correct way to evaluate an argument.

By the wzy, do they really do these things ther?

I have never seen these before
