Place the letters A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, and I into the grid of 9 squares using the following information:

                      -------------------------
                      |          |          |          |
                      |          |          |          |
                      |          |          |          |
                      -------------------------
                      |          |          |          |
                      |          |          |          |
                      |          |          |          |
                      -------------------------
                      |          |          |          |
                      |          |          |          |
                      |          |          |          |
                      -------------------------
I is in the same column as E which is not in the centre column. D is in the row below the row which contains F. A is in the row below the row which contains B. B is not in the first column. E is in the same row as F. C is in one of the four corner squares. G is in the square above A. F is in the same row as A, and in the same column as C. E is in the row below the row which contains B. H is in the same row as I, the same column as F, and is in a corner square.

The greatest challenge to any thinker is stating the problem in a way that will allow a solution.
