Tear a little piece from the death note and put it under your watch. Confiscate your death note to your Shinigami and forget everything including that you are the owner of the death note. After a few years when the SPK recovers it, you will remember everything.
Now, if you had some message in the piece of the note inside your watch, you have successfuly sent that message to the future.
