Frobenius is solving a DE by using series methods. It is not an exact solution unless you can recognize the series by sight.

I only have 1 example in my notes.

You did not specify that we could use other methods besides the Laplace transform.

We take Frobenius and Laplace to solve D.E .I have 5 examples that covered the subject but I have some problems with series like

how to Convert series into a general equati

   1+x+x^2+x^3= [[1/(1-x)]]  something like that

and what is familiar function ??

First of all you would usually have a chart of the common series. You should recognize all of those series when you see them.
