1+2+3 = 39
3+6+9 = 27
1+4+6 = 34

then

0+1+4 = ?

In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.
Of course that result can be rigorously obtained, but who cares?
Combinatorics is Algebra and Algebra is Combinatorics.

Add the numbers on the left with the number on the right for each row. You should notice something.
