I thought it might be.

AND:

a AND b is true only when both a and b are true.

So the truth table is

T AND T is T

T AND  F is F

F AND T is F

F AND F is F

Using 0 for F and 1 for T

1 AND 1 is 1
1 AND 0 is 0
0 AND 1 is 0
0 AND 0 is 0

OR:

a OR b is True if either or both is true

T OR T is T
T OR F is T
F OR T is T
F OR F is F

1 OR 1 is 1
1 OR 0 is 1
0 OR 1 is 1
0 OR 0 is 0
