HIYA! My name is

and, well I should probably warn you that I'm extremely crazy.......and weird.......and random........and I love mathematics! I'm also only a teen, making me a strange guy........anyways, when you're dealing with algebraic-type problems, I can easily solve them.......word problems? NO!!!! I hate word problems.....anyways........................∞ exists as the limit of x/0, where x can be any value that exists. Unfortunately, x/0 doesn't exist in nature, so ∞ doesn't either. That's why its always so elusive and mystifying. Personally? I believe it was 0's brother that never was born into the universe of commonly used math.

well, the main problem I have is converting the word problem into an algebraic problem; when it comes to solving the algebraic problem, its a piece of cake!

∞ exists as the limit of x/0, where x can be any value that exists. Unfortunately, x/0 doesn't exist in nature, so ∞ doesn't either. That's why its always so elusive and mystifying. Personally? I believe it was 0's brother that never was born into the universe of commonly used math.

Word problems are hard for everyone. They demand different skills than algebraic manipulations. They get a little easier with practice.

Practice makes you pretty good - though not perfect. Word problems have a general trend/form though.

Maths problems where the logic of the question is difficult to understand are very confusing. They are more like an English

comprehension problem than a Maths problem. Either it is deliberate in which case it reads like a brain teaser or mensa challenge,

or unintended, in which case the problem needs to be written more clearly perhaps with a word they forgot to mention or something.
