Adam and Eve

Eve was made from Adam's rib right?
So, since Adam's gender chromosome was XY does it mean that Eve was also up made of an XY gender chromosome

Re: Adam and Eve

Not necessarily. There might have been some gene abnomalies that took shape when the bone was transformed into Eve and duplicated all X chromosomes and removed Y chromosomes. However there is an extremely low chance for this.

Re: Adam and Eve

Another Question: Because they had the same DNA, aren't they siblings?

Re: Adam and Eve

More than that, she sounds like a clone.

In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.

I agree with you regarding the satisfaction and importance of actually computing some numbers. I can't tell you how often I see time and money wasted because someone didn't bother to run the numbers.

Re: Adam and Eve

To answer all those questions you would have to read the books of the late Zechariah Sitchen. The answers may not be correct but they serve as a useful model.
