He is not talking about the rules of men. We have only been here a million or so years. He is talking about the rules of the universe or natural law.

To guarantee it you will have to fall back on one of those myths.

Re: The Big Bang Theory...

I do not think astronomers believe in anything other than what is at the end of their latest and fanciest telescope. Although there are exceptions.

What do you believe?

Re: The Big Bang Theory...

I believe in prove, scientific research..why shall I believe in all those thing which I have never seen or never knew about it...if people spread any humors they might be true and might be false too...but most of the people without knowing the whole thing believes in it...what if its false...what ever you say there should be a prove and I strongly believe in it...

Re: The Big Bang Theory...

Then you will have to stick to the fact that science can not explain before big bang or after it. The questions are more related to philosophy.

After the big bang all the theories are in a random manner....do anyone know how did the first early man form in the earth?

You know, science actually doesn't give answers,it only gives theories(probable answers)

Re: The Big Bang Theory...

There is only a probability of them being correct. Remember they are called theories and are subject to modification. In math this is not the case.

but why they have only a chance of being correct..why can't they prove it...and if they can't prove it then why they spread such humors about the big bang...

Re: The Big Bang Theory...

Because it best fits the facts we know right now. At least that is what the proponents say. In 100 years probably they will laugh at it.

Doubly how true! But some people are interested in helping others and do not mind doing some useful research.

Re: The Big Bang Theory...

Nope, just an opinion and a rather cynical one too. I do not know what they will be thinking in 100 years either. I am just guessing. They may still like big bang then.

Re: The Big Bang Theory...

You're right, theories change, people used to believe earth is flat, then they believed earth is the centre of the universe, all these changed.

Re: The Big Bang Theory...

If you want certainty, do mathematics or take up the clergy. The rest change. If you live a long life you will see many changes in theories.
