I was wondering, why is that even though this is a forum we do not have a some thing like Most Users Online or Most Guest Online?

I don't know. I don't really think we'll need that because there isn't much people online everytime. The feature would only be suitable for bigger forums and message boards.

In the userlist, there are 37 pages of people who have registered but not posted. I think there's 50 people on each page, making 1850 registered users with no posts.
Meaning only 740 users have posted, give or take a little!

I noticed that too. I also noticed that the top 1% of posters have made 80.7% of the posts.
