Ten is the the acceleration of Earth's gravity, 9.82 m/s/s. Some versions of this clock have it written as

so it equals 10 exactly.

Eleven is written in hexadecimal. In decimal, we have numbers 1 to 9, but in hexadecimal, as well as 1 to 9 there's 'a' to 'f' so you can keep counting: a equals ten, b equals eleven and so on. The zero at the front of '0b' doesn't make any difference here. It's just like writing the number three (in decimal) as 03.

Here's an explanation for younger kids (like me):
1: The tangent of a 45 degree angle is 1.
2: The square root of 4 is 2. (2 x 2 = 4)
3: If you round pi, (3.141592653589796264) you end up with 3. (1<4.)
4: The logarithm of 55 is 4.
5: x^2=3^2+4^2. 3 x 3 = 9. 4 x 4 = 16. 16 + 9 = 25. 5 x 5 = 25.
6: The factorial of 3 is 6.
7: If you round 6.9, you get 7.
8: 16/2=8
9: 3 x 3 = 9.

I was talking about 6.9999.... which is exactly 7 and not a round-off of it

Proof:
Let x = 6.999....
Now, 10x = 69.99999....
Subtracting those equations, 9x = 63
Therefore, x = 7

Thus, 6.999... = 7 [Q.E.D]
