Title of Insane Member

Hmmm. That insane member might be a title for 25000 posts, before being an administrator or moderator I think. But I will work with Bobbym with that Magnus Member. I don't know which is better, dunno.
Here is my suggestion:

Star members have too many stars. So, if I congratulate new star members, so, that means I need more stars for my picture?

Magnus is nice. Don't like "insane".

Re: Title of Insane Member

I fully agree the title 'Magnus'.

'Insane' isn't polite!

I like the title Magnus member too but as I said in the other thread there are problems with it.

In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.
90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics.
I am willing to wager that over 75% of the new words that appeared were nothing more than spelling errors that caught on.

Re: Title of Insane Member

Perhaps Summa as in "Summa cum laude."  Or maybe Laudy as in "Laudy how come?"
Or maybe "Over 25" or "Over the hill gang."  Or maybe "Survivor." ... smile...smile...smile...

Writing "pretty" math (two dimensional) is easier to read and grasp than LaTex (one dimensional).
LaTex is like painting on many strips of paper and then stacking them to see what picture they make.

Re: Title of Insane Member

Magnus means great in latin, so therefore it can only be awarded to a great member. I think 1 million posts would qualify.

Re: Title of Insane Member

So, one would need to have 200 times the number of your posts to be a Magnus member. I do not think that is reachable. And, I do not think the forum has such capacity...

Think again, there is one member mighty enough to achieve such a total...
