Re: Logarithm game!Hi; In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. I have the result, but I do not yet know how to get it. All physicists, and a good many quite respectable mathematicians are contemptuous about proof. #5 20130101 11:01:06

Re: Logarithm game!@julianthemath The correct formula is , not log_{a}(n^{a}) = n. This is what you seem to be confusing. #13 20130101 15:15:15

Re: Logarithm game!Hi julianthemath;
I will keep it open a bit longer in case you change your mind. In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. I have the result, but I do not yet know how to get it. All physicists, and a good many quite respectable mathematicians are contemptuous about proof. #17 20130102 07:37:55
Re: Logarithm game!julianthemath, Have you see the fact that Writing "pretty" math (two dimensional) is easier to read and grasp than LaTex (one dimensional). LaTex is like painting on many strips of paper and then stacking them to see what picture they make.
