Maximisation Problem! Urgent Help Needed

I have got the problem CORRECT and the inequalities CORRECT. What I cannot do is actually SOLVE the problem to give the solutions at the bottom of the page. PLEASE help!

I hate weird and non standard notation. Just makes the problem that much tougher.
