A Centering Suggestion?Hello again. Here, I would like to speak out once more. Name :: Vincent Raider Hawks Gender :: Male Birth Date :: July 4 , 1970 #2 2006-01-07 03:28:06
Re: A Centering Suggestion?I don't know. Let's see: IPBLE: Increasing Performance By Lowering Expectations. #3 2006-01-07 03:29:35
Re: A Centering Suggestion?No, it doesn't. IPBLE: Increasing Performance By Lowering Expectations. #4 2006-01-07 09:28:28
Re: A Centering Suggestion?Sounds like a good idea. After I clear out a few things I am working on, I will look at it! "The physicists defer only to mathematicians, and the mathematicians defer only to God ..." - Leon M. Lederman #5 2006-01-07 15:51:11
Re: A Centering Suggestion?Thanks for looking and replying, both of you. I really hope this will be up soon. Name :: Vincent Raider Hawks Gender :: Male Birth Date :: July 4 , 1970 #6 2006-01-07 20:51:38
Re: A Centering Suggestion?If we're going to have a 'centre' feature, also what about #7 2006-01-07 22:34:07
Re: A Centering Suggestion?How can you "justify" that? "The physicists defer only to mathematicians, and the mathematicians defer only to God ..." - Leon M. Lederman #8 2006-01-07 22:58:44
Re: A Centering Suggestion?Aligning is good idea but you have to define a constant widht for the posts. IPBLE: Increasing Performance By Lowering Expectations. #9 2006-01-08 01:51:56
Re: A Centering Suggestion?Aligning is not a bad idea. But what's "justify"? Name :: Vincent Raider Hawks Gender :: Male Birth Date :: July 4 , 1970 #10 2006-01-08 02:08:31
Re: A Centering Suggestion?It's when the computer makes words align themselves to the left and right by including a few double-spaces here and there. It makes everything look very neat, but justlooking has shown its weakness in her post. It makes text look silly if there isn't enough of it. Why did the vector cross the road? It wanted to be normal. #11 2006-01-08 02:10:10
Re: A Centering Suggestion?justlookingforthemoment's justifying is bad. Name :: Vincent Raider Hawks Gender :: Male Birth Date :: July 4 , 1970 #12 2006-01-08 11:26:20
Re: A Centering Suggestion?And your justification of my justifying is bad too. #13 2006-01-08 15:04:39
Re: A Centering Suggestion?Yeah, I get it. But can't you edit your post? Name :: Vincent Raider Hawks Gender :: Male Birth Date :: July 4 , 1970 #14 2006-01-08 16:59:31
Re: A Centering Suggestion?Her post was justfified. "The physicists defer only to mathematicians, and the mathematicians defer only to God ..." - Leon M. Lederman #15 2006-01-08 22:44:43
Re: A Centering Suggestion?I don't get it. You're saying her post was justified when you don't explain it. Name :: Vincent Raider Hawks Gender :: Male Birth Date :: July 4 , 1970 #16 2006-01-09 07:26:18

Re: A Centering Suggestion?Ahh ... now that was fully justified! "The physicists defer only to mathematicians, and the mathematicians defer only to God ..." - Leon M. Lederman #18 2006-01-09 22:55:55
Re: A Centering Suggestion?Oh, like the words are spaced at a certain distance in each row? Name :: Vincent Raider Hawks Gender :: Male Birth Date :: July 4 , 1970 #19 2006-01-10 16:30:34
Re: A Centering Suggestion?Ma=xe left center right here is a fairly long piece of text so that you can see how justify works. I will say again "here is a fairly long piece of text so that you can see how justify works". Is that OK? Code:M[sub]a[/sub]=x[sup]e[/sup] left center right here is a fairly long piece of text so that you can see how justify works. I will say again "here is a fairly long piece of text so that you can see how justify works". Is that OK?
Ta Da! "The physicists defer only to mathematicians, and the mathematicians defer only to God ..." - Leon M. Lederman #20 2006-01-10 17:13:21
Re: A Centering Suggestion?Now we not only have different alignments, but also subscript, superscript and a horizontal line! This is super, Rod! Okay, question: how come the text changes size when you use the tag? Hop, two, three, four! Left! Right! Left! Right! Left! Right! Left! Right! The ants went marching one by one, hurrah, hurrah... #21 2006-01-11 00:00:09
Re: A Centering Suggestion?Now let me try. Here we go ! Hurray! It Works! And how come the text changes after aligning? Name :: Vincent Raider Hawks Gender :: Male Birth Date :: July 4 , 1970 #22 2006-01-11 16:57:24
Re: A Centering Suggestion?Looks fine for me ... tested in Firefox and IE. "The physicists defer only to mathematicians, and the mathematicians defer only to God ..." - Leon M. Lederman #23 2006-01-11 17:57:42

Re: A Centering Suggestion?What I mean, is that when I'm using the aligning code, the text of the whole messege of my own post turns small. Though when I don't use the aligning, the text is normal, like your post, MathIsFun. Name :: Vincent Raider Hawks Gender :: Male Birth Date :: July 4 , 1970 #25 2006-01-12 09:10:13
Re: A Centering Suggestion?Do you see what I see, VR Hawks? I posted an image of it in the post above yours.
