We estimate its height at about .05m high and it is approximately cylindrical in shape. This burger then has a volume of .00078539 cubic meters.

The room has a volume of 32 m^3, so 40000 burgers (quarter pounders ) can be stuffed into the room. The caloric intake of one burger is 460 calories.

Now everyone on this planet and many others knows that you can walk briskly(4 mph ) for 20 minutes on 4 calories! So you can probably run for 5 minutes ( assuming a near linear relationship ) on 4 calories. Let's round this to 5 calories or 1 calorie provides 1 minute of running at say 12 mph.
