Re: Windows or Linux?

One of the original guys who gave out advice on computers and software.

In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.
I have the result, but I do not yet know how to get it.
All physicists, and a good many quite respectable mathematicians are contemptuous about proof.

Re: Windows or Linux?

Oh,ok.I'm gonna do a little testing now.Which programming languages does Ubuntu support?

The limit operator is just an excuse for doing something you know you can't.

XP takes a lot of work before it can really be called an OS.

Well,it still is an OS.I don't think you can categorize it any differently.

Re: Windows or Linux?

The primary function of it is not to be an OS. So therefore in the strictest sense it is not.

Re: Windows or Linux?

I mentioned them:

1) It is bloated, typically 5 - 10 gigabytes so you need to buy a new book drive. Bill owns them.

2) It is slow when it is OOBE, so you need to buy a faster machine. Bill owns that too.

3) It is a gigantic security breach. Bill owns that too.
