A dog or cat will love you, hard to find that in a friend.

Re: """Friends""""

Wait, weren't you saying the exact opposite before? Maybe it is just my imagination or maybe I have just mixed you up with someone else.

Anyway, you can find love in both dogs and friends!

Re: """Friends""""

Are parents friends? I guess you would have to consider them family. Your friends I do not know and you are making this too personal. Only speaking generically, not about you or your friends.

Re: """Friends""""

1)Many people consider their parent to be friends.

2)I am bringing up my best friend as a counter-example to your general statement that friendship between a man and a woman is impossible.

And,yet,I have disproven you.

Btw,I think that there is now no unsolved series in gAr's thread, providing of course they are all correct. Actually there is one with the inverse coth but it can be done using EMS.

Well, then you should have been more particular. You should've said that you cannot be friends with a women.

Just one more thought-Tigeree is not a woman?

I did not have to. That viewpoint disproves your statement.

Re: """Friends""""

The difference is that I can know for sure that my statement is true. You can only think that your statement is true.

Oh,and,if Tee is a female and a friend if yours, then shouldn't you guys have an affection towards each other? What about Jane? Survival? MJ? Maiya? Noemi? Sarah Rebekah?

Re: """Friends""""

Love is a Christian word. To many other philosophies it does not even exist or means something else.

Re: """Friends""""

The Zen Buddhists and Jainists do not view it in the same sense as the western world does.

But still, you should have "more than just friends" feelings to all the girls of the forum and yet...

In Zen feelings are minimized in favor of other things. Desires are minimized because they control a person.
