help me

Determine the area of the region bounded by the curve f(x) = 2x^2 + 10, and the line f(x) = 4x + 16, x = -2 and x = 5.

I need the solution step by step does any body knows ??

I have already answered this question twice. Even providing answers and work. You must meet me half way and do some of the work on your own or at least follow what I am trying to show you. You must do your own homework. I am willing to show you how but you must take part in it.
