I'm on holiday from work at the end of next week!! Probably going to go to France

What will you do in France?

I'm on holiday from the day before insomnia, so ha. I go back in early January.

However, I will smash all holiday records next summer because I'll be off from mid-May to late October, so double, triple ha.

Mathsisfun: We can actually see France on a good day, on the East coast. That's the best place to see it.

Justlooking: Probably just stay around St. Malo (That's where the ferry goes), or go down to our house (if my parents let me and my mates use it). It's near Combourg, bout 30-45 minutes South-ish from St. Malo by car, if you take the motorways.

And to say things in "Jèrriais" (Jersey French) to thoroughly confuse them.

But seriously, Insomnia, your parents have a house in France?
So when you are there, do you speak French to the shopkeepers, etc, or English?

I can survive in French. My parents get me to do all the ordering.

However, I do use English alot as alot of the words are the same. Or if I get annoyed I can swear at French people in French or English.

It's only a small house. Not as big as mine over here.
