Physics uses math but Fermi is a physicist. Not complaining about the questions just saying why I will not be posing any.

Sorry, forgot that you want me to bump threads here rather than tack on to an existing post. Since this is your thread I will comply.

To answer your question. If we stacked 6.022 x 10^23 sheets of A4 paper we would get an answer between

and

due to the fact that the thickness of a sheet of paper is between .07mm and .18mm.

M37 a star cluster in the dreaded Orions belt is 4400 light years away.

While NGC 7380 in Cepheus is 11500 light years away.

So it is obvious we do not need super luminar capabilities, just a lot of paper! We could stack em up and climb to those places. First we must grow giant trees for the paper:

Oh nothing. As me ole pappy used to say, "pass me the chicken." That statement has nothing

to do with what we are talking about but I will always remember it.

Q: If all humans in the world would go inside a single square room then what would be the least possible dimensions of that room?

Hi bobbym

It doesn't have to be a cube. And people cannot stand on top if each other.

Why not? I can get more of them in there then.

It's inhumane! I want them all to be standing on the ground.

Okay, based on my newest pat down of 63 people the average human

is 10 inches deep, 24 inches wide so first we get the area,

Now there is the little matter of their height. I went for headroom here. Gave them 91 inches because some humans are that tall.

So I have them in a square room ( the floor is a square ) that is

Here's a tough one:

"Cannibalism is very judged in the modern society, but some may not know that we actually,we eat atoms of other humans every day.How many atoms of Julius Caesar do you eat every day?"

This one is very tough, and I don't think I would be able to solve it.

I once read a book in which the author calculated how many atoms once breathed by Leonardo Da Vinci, we inhale with each breath.

I thought it was written by George Gamow but I cannot trace it in any of his works.

However, I did find the calculation.

You might find the calculation helpful in giving you the idea for your latest question.

I have to disagree, These are all people east of your timezone by 3 hours or more. That is night for them.

It is night for most of them. But the people who work night shifts do not sleep at night.

Now you are changing the problem to one about cage throwing. Are there tigers in the cages?
