Re: Is this cool with you?

Okay.
Yes, that book has a good collection of problems!

How did you do on your exams?

Re: Is this cool with you?

Good! I am glad you had no problems. What made you choose that probability book and is it the third edition?

Re: Is this cool with you?

That probability book is the fourth edition. I wanted a book on probability, it looked better among the books there.
Do you know of any other books which you enjoyed?

I know that is a big list but looking through a lot of books helps to understand difficult concepts.

It is rewarding to learn like that and very private. Sometimes I wish there was a faster way.

Re: Is this cool with you?

Learning at our own pace is the way to learn!
I wish that there's a way to find whether a particular problem has been solved already! Current search engines are bad at that task!

They are not exhaustive but they do contain lots of problems. Also Guy has a book on open number theory problems.

Re: Is this cool with you?

Who could? I like the OEIS best. Generate a sequence and then find the generating function already done for you.

I too frequently use OEIS for problems involving sequences.
