Yes, I do. Enjoy the salmon.

Re: weight lifting miracle today

This candlepin/tenpin bowling
system works great for silver #47.
silver is 107.8682

7_8_9_0
_4_5_6_
__2_3__
___1___

Took me a whole day once to comprehend
the tenpin structure in my head well.
Par example: the 7-8-5-4 diamond shape,
likewise the 0-9-5-6 diamond shape.
And the 1-2-5-3 diamond shape.
And the hexagon: 2-4-8-9-6-3

Keeps the happiness flowing even better than just numbers alone.
It was cloudy today here, so this is nice.  Music instead of sunlight.

Re: weight lifting miracle today

Here's what I'm listening to now.
Yang Bartolotti, violin soloist in "Winter" Movement #2 at Saddleback's Feast of Lights Concert
It downloaded very slowly, so I've heard the beginning about 10 times while it downloaded
and I changed the setting gear to 280? instead of 360.  This is only 1/12th of the whole Four Seasons.
It is the middle of the winter, the slow part.  Each season has 3 parts: fast, slow, fast.

Re: weight lifting miracle today

That long one actually might be missing the very last act, according to a question by a viewer.
My cat Princess is sitting up beside the computer watching my every move and enjoying the light
beside the computer.  It is an old 60 watt bulb, but it heats her up when she's right under it.
I have two of the new Phillips 12 watt LED bulbs in the house and we like them.
They are yellow plastic when shut off, and the light shines thru them.  They were $30 a piece,
no $39 actually.  They are as bright as a 90 watt bulb old style.   Just darker than a 100 I mean.
I have a very short mohawk now, did it myself today.

I have heard good things about those bulbs. How do you like them?

Re: weight lifting miracle today

They give me no bad feelings, like the CFL do, or used to two years ago when we had to remove them from the house.
The LED ones I mentioned seem to be voltage rectified to DC in the socket part that warms up a bit, but this creates no blinking of the LEDs at a rate of 60 times a second in the USA.   Actually, some of the old incandescents, depending on the company, some, only a small percentage have bothered me, but these Phillips LED ones seem terrific.  I've only tried the yellow ones with the three
sections.  There are three grooves in them at 120 degrees and 240 degrees and 360/0 degrees.  Really happy with them and only 12 watts they say.  Sometimes I leave one on for several hours for that wattage, even when I'm asleep sometimes, but because I'm not careful to shut the one beside my floor-bed right away before I close my eyes.  I sleep on matting I designed on the floor.   It is made of many towels and a sleeping bag opened up and five pillows for the shoulders and head.  Everything is washable if the cat peas on it.  I got a great deal on four pillow for $3 bucks each!!  The pillow covers were like $1.50 more than that each.

Re: weight lifting miracle today

I haven't used CFL for a while. I hear these get a little on the hot side and need to be kept outside of an enclosed lighting fixture.

I use a cot as my bed. Easy to move around ad very stiff, helps my back.

Re: weight lifting miracle today

Yes I have green canvas cot too, but I built seven clothes lines over it, with four vertical posts tied to the four corners, and
some other connecting wickits I got from after an election, by collecting the signs on the side of the road.  The huge wickets
are used to make connections to the two posts on each end of the cot.  Then clotheslines cross on two levels.  Sometimes
I still use the 230 volt clothes dryer downstairs, but usually I just wash in the washer and then dry on above the cot.
Sometimes, I even wash my clothes in the bathtub.  That's a good workout.  It's a camping cot made for up to near 300 lbs.
Not a cheap one, about $70 I remember.  Right now a cheap violin and guitar are on it in cases under clothes when they
are there. Right now it is empty on the lines.  About time to do another wash, maybe tomorrow.

Mine is only rated for 250 lbs. That is more than enough for me. I was going to get one of those hanging sleeping bags and attach it to the corners of the room. Maybe next time.

Yea, it gets an increased load here too. Also your provider might be cutting some of your bandwidth down.

Re: weight lifting miracle today

Well, I thought I'd take a quick look around the forum before I head to the sack.  I tried to memorize #57 Lanthanum and #59 Praseodymium.
Let's see if I can recite them without papers...
Hmmm... 140.90765 and 138.90547.  I think that's right.
#59 and #57 in that order.  Now I'll go get the papers and check...
Yup, it looks good!!  So I remembered them for over an hour, so they
might be getting into longterm memory soon.

Re: weight lifting miracle today

Lutetium works nicely in diagonal lines on the ten-pin theme:
174.9668  I think that's what it is, I'll go check...

Yup, that's just right.  At least from 2009 to 2011, twenty may change this summer a little.

Re: weight lifting miracle today

Thorium is one of the only 3 radioactive elements above or equal to #84 polonium, that IUPAC mentions with a weight, probably because the longest isotope half-life is greater than 10,000 years.
Thorium is about, let me guess now first:   about 231.079, probably wrong.
I'll go check my chart:
Okay the actual value is 232.03806.  I haven't tried to memorize thorium,
or #91 Protactinium much.  #90 Th, #91 Pa, and #92 U are mentioned by IUPAC.
