That coming from a group of billionaires who think they should be richer and would be if those darn pirates were not stealing trillions of dollars off their movies and DVD's. So they want to throw those pirates in the dungeon for a couple of centuries that will teach them.
You have to admire their sense of justice and their sense of what their products should earn, talk about optimism.

I searched opencongress.org or something like that for 10 minutes and couldn't find any actual vote on PIPA 968.

According to that page SOPA went down around the 18th, strange. Anyway PIPA comes up now and either one is just the same.
