Eliminating the Possibilities - Honors Alg./ Geo.

So my teacher gave my class this problem for hw and I have NNOO idea what the answer is.  I mostley just need help solving for E Thanks!

9[S]Also that S is 9


But I am not really sure of what the other numbers are... All help is welcome!!!!!!!
