I am leaning towards E. So far it can be done by grouping and perfect squares method.

That is not correct. Did you try to factor that by the  difference of two squares. Can you see two squares there? No, you can not. The answer is F

i think that if a polynomial can be factored by any other method than it can also be done by grouping.
