Hello From Seattle

I thought I'd say 'Hi'

I'm 28, a business major (finance minor) and on my last math credit. I took a pre calc class about 5 years ago. I'm in Trig now and really struggling. Did ok in two different stats classes about a year ago, but Trig is beating me up. generally speaking, I actually really enjoy math, but this one is a bit overwhelming.

Looking forward to learning more though, hopefully somewhere I'll be able to make some meaningful contributions and give back to the community as well big_smile

Hi Duck

Welcome abroad

I just joined too, and find it as a cool, informative site.

Hi DuckDogTitus;

Welcome to the forum!

In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.
90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics.
I am willing to wager that over 75% of the new words that appeared were nothing more than spelling errors that caught on.
