Please help me with this probability questions!

A pool of 21 semi-finalists for a job consists of 9 men and 12 women. Because all are considered equally qualified, the names of two semi- finalists are drawn, one after the other, at random, to become finalists for the job.

a) What is the probability that both finalists are women?
b) what is the probability that both finalists are men?
c) what is the probability that one finalist is a woman and the other is a man?

THANK YOU!!

"Data! Data! Data!" he cried impatiently. "I can't make bricks without clay."
