Percentage reduction is (Old amount - New amount) ÷ Old Amount x 100%

In your example, the new amount is 2 and the old amount is 10, so the percentage reduction would be (10 - 2) ÷ 10 x 100% = 80%.

Why did the vector cross the road?

It wanted to be normal.

Glad you got some value here.

(Maybe it could be "mathematics" with an EMATICS)
