What if the Americans don't know that HAARP is doing it?
What if the increase of disasters that began around 1970-1985 also caused the HAARP to malfunction?
Or are they doing it on purpose? The evidence can't be denied. Should we shut it down?
I see clearly now, the universe have the black dots, Thus I am on my way of inventing this remedy...

If it is funded by the military, it is a million to one that it is a weapon of mass destruction or one of mind control. Shut it, shut it down? Malfunctioning? Heck it is probably responsible for a good portion of those disasters.
If the government had 10000 dollars to spend, it would be spent like this:
2 cents for education
98 cents for welfare
1 cent for health and research
99 cents for crooked doctors, lawyers and politicians.
25 dollars on Senate approved military gadgets.
9973 dollars on Deep Underground Military Bases,

Are you saying that that disgustingly humongous thing is in fact a crazy dictatorship fireing at all directions, but using alot finer words? If they wanna play chess with death that they should've asked for audience.
