Math game using playing cards?A few weeks ago, I was searching the web for ways to help my daughter learn multipication. I came across a game that she could play using standard playing cards. It envolved laying out a row of cards, doing some multipication maybe multiplying a card from a draw pile by card in the line....but somehow, I didn't bookmark the page and now I can't find it. If you know of any such game where multipication is practiced with standard playing cards, please tell me about it. #2 20110102 00:08:54
Re: Math game using playing cards?Hi Jc;
Uh Oh! That's a killer. In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. I have the result, but I do not yet know how to get it. All physicists, and a good many quite respectable mathematicians are contemptuous about proof.
