dear maths is fun adminastrator (oh yeah this Isn't about love)

I'm real sorry about the hacker I don't think it should have happened I feel really bad because someone I know's subject got deleted and they feel really sad and mad  about it

Yes, it was terrible. I have never had anything like this happen before. Hackers are just plain bad.

Anyway, I have now upgraded the forum to include the latest protection against hackers, hopefully that will help.

And I will work on getting more frequent backups so that if something does happen we won't lose much.

What's the point anyway? They must have either spent time trying to hack in or spent time biulding a program to hack in or paid for hacking software. Whatever, they spent something and for what? It's not as if hacking in here can get them money or anything significant except our hate. Why would they go to all that trouble? *again, points to avatar*

They hack because they can. Just to annoy people.

Yes, but spamming can be done in a very short time.

Hacking takes longer AND it is clear-cut evil. Sometimes, one person's spam is another's conversation, but hacking is always wrong.

Spam is just a bit of fun on forums. Spam is tasty. Hacking is pointless unless it's in to a bank. Why?

Spamming is not really good.

It is when someone sends out lots of silly messages. So if someone came on here and started posting things like "bla bla bla" all over the place, we would delete the messages and possibly ban the person. But hacking (breaking into a computer and destroying things) is far worse

Don't forget spam is regenerated ham (I know regenerated isn't the word, but I can't think at this time in the morning) and very tasty.

Well to me anyway. I can basically eat anything that isn't vegetable like.
