Is justlooking allowed to make herself the murderer? I'd guess not, because then there'd be more suspects than guessers, but I want to make sure before I guess.

A suspect is just anyone who might be the murderer.

At the moment that's everyone, because no one has died or been guessed.

MathsIsFun - possible
Zach - maybe, but considering he was the last one, I don't think so.
insomnia - highly likely, because he hasn't had a go yet.
jU - same as insomnia, but my instinct tells me it's not her.
ganesh - same as insomnia.

I'm ruling out MathsIsFun because there are people more likely to be the murderer than him, plus he's always the first to die anyway, so that would be a waste of a guess . So, it's down to ganesh and insomnia... I guess... insomnia!

A witness is someone who has been guessed already. Once insomnia confirms whether he is the murderer or not, either the game will end or he will become a witness. He'll probably die before that, though.
