Say

This one I have in a table. Or you can figure it from the tables on wikipedia,

which have this integral.

Of course WA will do this for you, just enter:

integrate[E^(-y/2)/Sqrt[2*Pi*y],y,0,infinity] and you will get:

Brilliant, bobbym.

If only those 2 words actually belonged together.

In this case a small substitution makes the integral close to those in a  table.
