braille html page note.

On the page that intoduces the Braille code at:
http://www.mathsisfun.com/braille.html
under the punctuation section, you will find that
the third punctuation mark on the line is either
a single quote or an apostrophe.  An apostrophe
is dot 3, while a single quote is actually 2 characters
long and differs from beginning to ending single quote.
Also, the double quote is not shown  there.
But the page is impressive none the less.  Nice job.
