Read those type of problems like this.

What power do you have to raise 7 to, to get 343, Well it is 3 because 7 * 7 * 7 = 343.

For your problem;

Read it like this. What power do you have to raise 7 to, to get 7^5.04. It is clearly 5.04 and that is the answer.
