Re: How old are you bobbym? This will shed some light on the confusion. Creating illumination where there was only darkness. In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. 90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics. I am willing to wager that over 75% of the new words that appeared were nothing more than spelling errors that caught on. #131 2010-03-13 05:55:40#132 2010-03-13 06:14:47#133 2010-03-13 06:36:05#134 2010-03-13 06:48:12
Re: How old are you bobbym?Haha I was jk. Things rarely scare me anymore. What with all the crazy stuff I've been through and seen? Along with all the slasher movies I've watched? Pfft! Other than exams and spiders and seeing old people make-out, it takes alot to really scare me Of Moons, Birds and Monsters #135 2010-03-13 06:51:09

Exams are wonderful. They pit your skill against every one else's. It is the only time a student is truly alive. In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. 90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics. I am willing to wager that over 75% of the new words that appeared were nothing more than spelling errors that caught on. #137 2010-03-13 12:32:14

My mum does that too, so I scare her as payback. Calling her and telling her I'm in hospital always gets her. Her reactions are classic. Re: How old are you bobbym? You have a picture of yourself, bobby? But your saying if we did see your picture, you would look your exact age exactly. Suppose maybe you would tell us your exact age if you didn't look it exactly? You would do that, yes? Re: How old are you bobbym? The picture was of the way I look now. In the present. My age is irrelevant. In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. 90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics.
