Hi I'm John, I love Math and discussing it. Honestly after looking at some of the brilliant people here, I have a long way to go.

      I agree there are some brilliant and knowledgeable people on this site.  This is great site for learning and practicing problems.   I'm not in school so I try to learn what I can.

Welcome to the forum.


In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.
90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics.
I am willing to wager that over 75% of the new words that appeared were nothing more than spelling errors that caught on.
