Archimedean spiral

Hi everyone

Determine the area between the x-axis and the circumference of an archimedean spiral with the parametric equation cos(t)*t,sin(t)*t for t in the interval ]0;Pi]. Please use the hidden button and show your metods. My solution is very troublesome, so you can probably find some easier methods.

I hope you'll enjoy.

Hi,

Convert to polar co-ordinates.
