ΔE = h Δν
But the black holes energy cannot escape it's radius by no more then teleporting out into a quantum trace.
So since any black hole made on earth would have the mass of perhaps 2 nukes energy, (20 gram perhaps).
The temporary mass growth would be hΔv/c^2
so with the de-broglie formulae we have: wavelength = h/(mv)
But derivate as a function of time like this:
D(1/v = wavelength*m/h = t/l)
= 1/l
Δm = h*length/wavelength
which means that since:
length = v*(evaporation time)
Δm = h*v*(evaporation time)/wavelength
compared with m which is:
m = h/(wavelength*v)
so the mass will increase with:
Δm/m = v^2*(evaporation time) procent.
This mass cannot go anywhere so it teleport out through a quantum trace. And I'm gonna believe the worst. It's gonna be a black hole when it comes out.
when m is the smallest mass, v will be c, then this will happen:
Δm/m = c^2*(evaporation time) procent.
v/wavelength is allways c, i presume.
so Δm = hc*(evaporation time)

I see clearly now, the universe have the black dots, Thus I am on my way of inventing this remedy...

Nah, It didn't get all through, besides I meant exceed, not preceed.
