Warning, black hole duplication.

If a black hole that has the mass m grows in mass by itself cannot escape its radius, then it cannot grow either. So it will duplicate until it dies in the speed of mass growth, and if that growth is indeed bigger on small objects as very well thought out, it is gonna duplicate extremely fast and then it's good bye! But do not do anything rash! There must be other problems we must solve!

If one make a black hole of the smalles size, it will collapse instantly, but in that instance there will allready be to many that can tell black holes that radiate the energy, all over the place. Because mass makes some kinda fluid that can only be teleported out, and then it does it as a black hole. I don't know how many, but quite some.
