Viable way to turn egypt into a blossoming rainforest

You know, I've been thinking of the agriculture of egypt and they are missing rocks! giant rocks! really cheap to get too! and I'm only guessing, but the dessert is like mashed potato; it quickly gets cold, quickly get's hot, and nothing can live there because of that. So quickly: get's some rocks over, and there will be plants. Because I think something or someone might've build pyramids with the rocks. This is no good. Rocks there should be. You can boil egg in the sand. There might be a heureka in this but I don't know precisely where to put it.

Hi LQ;

Nevada has plenty of rocks and it is still a desert.

Take Vegas for instance, surrounded by mountains. Mild temperature changes between day and night.

Incidentally, 10000 years ago the Sahara and Egypt in particular, were tropical.

I still think rocks make a good climate for life.

We have a giant rock in the middle of our country. I went there once, during the day it was really hot and at night it was like 0 degrees C. You could see the frost creeping in.

Heard of that, isn't it more like a big mound.

Re: Viable way to turn egypt into a blossoming rainforest

No, it is technically a rock. It's just an irregular shaped rock. I glows different colors depending on where the sun is. it's color range is like, yellow - deep blue. That's basically from dawn till dusk. At noon it's like bright orange. Then it just gets redder and redder until it goes purple.
BTW, I'd tell you that your missing an 'it' in your sentence but I really don't want you to go on about it like you did with the 'use'.

Hi Tigeree;

I don't know what you mean about missing an it. Are you in Australia?

Doesn't matter anyway. Don't want you to make a big deal out of it.
Hmm... Am I in Australia? Let me think about that... Duh! So you know about our famous colour changing rock?

Hi Tig;

Yes, I do! This is the one I am talking about.

LQ was just pointing out that rocks are good for life. Australia has rocks and life.

Re: Viable way to turn egypt into a blossoming rainforest

Sometimes we have too much life. Especially with migrants and all, because "Australia is such a safe place". Yeah right. Too many rocks, then?

Re: Viable way to turn egypt into a blossoming rainforest

There should be some vulcano isle around most desserts, perhaps they should import from there?

Sometimes we have too much life.

I know many people who share this idea. Trouble is, they always include me in their list.

Yea, but have you thought of how many rocks it would take. I spoke to Major R.R.R. Kimmby of the USAF and he recommends 1 700 000 000 000 000 000 B-52's could bomb the desert with rocks. If we were to rip out the Peruvian Andes and the Canadian and American Rockies we would have almost enough rocks for the job. He estimates the total cost 10 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 dollars, just under 1/2 of our military budget.

Re: Viable way to turn egypt into a blossoming rainforest

I guess it's a long term job then. How about filling the seaside first and the nile ofcourse.
But that's a good calculus. thank you.
