WordsearchIt's the summer holidays, and there is no school for six weeks! The downside is that once you've finished going on holiday, having barbecues, paddling, sunbathing and doing other summery-type things, you reach the point where whatever you do, you've already done it so many times that you are almost instantly bored to the point of insanity. Don't worry! When you reach this stage, do this wordsearch, the 'massive' one. Not only that, but it times you, so once you've done it you can do it again to try to beat that record! I advise you to only do this when extremely bored. Why did the vector cross the road? It wanted to be normal. #2 2005-07-23 07:59:47
Re: WordsearchThat is a great link, mathsy. In fact the whole site is good. "The physicists defer only to mathematicians, and the mathematicians defer only to God ..." - Leon M. Lederman #3 2005-07-24 17:15:01
Re: WordsearchOn the website it says you can use it on other websites ... I have requested approval but have not got a reply yet. "The physicists defer only to mathematicians, and the mathematicians defer only to God ..." - Leon M. Lederman #4 2005-07-24 17:25:53

Re: WordsearchShapes, units, um, things to write with? I've run out of ideas already. Just to warn everyone, the numbers has a fake 'nine' and 'ten'. Why did the vector cross the road? It wanted to be normal. #6 2005-07-24 19:39:09
Re: WordsearchOoh, tricky nine and ten, hey? "The physicists defer only to mathematicians, and the mathematicians defer only to God ..." - Leon M. Lederman #7 2005-07-26 17:54:51
Re: WordsearchI like the doughnut shape. I think its mathematical name is 'torus', but don't hold me to it. Why did the vector cross the road? It wanted to be normal. #8 2005-07-26 17:58:42
Re: WordsearchA variation on NIH's avatar: "The physicists defer only to mathematicians, and the mathematicians defer only to God ..." - Leon M. Lederman #9 2005-07-26 18:05:19
Re: WordsearchBy the way, I got a reply from the "wordsearch" creator, and he says we are welcome under the licence to use it here, plus mathionaire and hangman, too. Re: WordsearchOK, since you're getting so worked up about it (LOL) um... #11 2005-07-31 23:07:05
Re: WordsearchRod, that is FUNNY! School is practice for the future. Practice makes perfect. But - nobody's perfect, so why practice? |
